| Re: New member, Help. eh up m8 ive got a bench at home got a cheep en from argos just with barbell and dumbbels also when u get a bit extra cash just get some more plates . but you cant beet the gym i use my bench at home when im stuck ie wife at work stuck with the kids....
my routine is day 1 .chest/ bies
2 .back /tries
3 .shoulders /legs
also do abs most days...oh and squat my wife 3 sets 10 haha its true
also a good book you should get is strength training anatomy by frederic delavier its a good book my bible.. |
