| Deadlift Question Quick question on Deadlifts:
When i got to my 4th and fifth set today, my grip was giving way, i had to take tiny amounts of time to reset my grip between sorta the 3rd and 4th rep to make sure I could lift the last few reps.
Is this bad, should i just work until i can't grip it or does shifting your grip really have no effect? Is pausing detrimental/beneficial or of no affect?
Also you are meant to put the bar back to the ground befor each lift aren't you, to change muscle action types, that right?
