| Re: newbie in need of advice these are decent meal times what you need is to have a protein shake with good fats mid morning and afternoon, i did this sort of diet for my sister and she went from dress size 22 to 12 in a year.
you want to think of this as a meal plan not a diet as you need something that you can maintain for the long haul not something you do for 6months then go back to normal eating as this way would have a yo yo effect on your weight.
