Well, I would not use it if I was you, both of those conditions you have would only get worse. I had a friend who's girlfriend has crohns.
Now this is interesting.
I am a big advocate of fish oils, they contain anti-inflammatory agents, or better said help anti-inflammation prostaglandin production.
In my opinion, fish oils would work fantastic for you.
You are surely a candidate for them.
It basicly is an inflammatory bowel disease.
Fish oils should help this, in fact I cant think of any other thing that would be more rewarding than fish oils, and lots of them.
L-Glutamine would also be a good idea for you to supplement.
Pro-biotics would be a welcome addition too but start very slow and work your way up with these.
Digestive enzymes too would help you digest food.
Keep stress low, stress is a factor here in this disease and could make matters worse, so get your b-vitamins down you in a complex that has all the b-vitamins.
Other than that X-Factor will make your matters worse.
Sorry to hear bro, I would take what I recommended and I bet you will get better.
Recap:
Fish oils: I would start at 12 and keep upping them to about 20 a day, maybe even more, you can back off once simptoms subside.
Pro-biotics like Lactobacillus Acidophilus would be helpful but there are blends that have many helpfull bacteria for a better spectrum of bacteria. Lactobacillus Salivarius happens to be my favorite one but is a bit harder to get ahold of. Remember start slow on this or you might have some loose stools.
Digestive enzymes (Twin Labs has a good one), take with each and every meal. You can not eat too many of these.
L-Glutamine promotes healthy GI tract, good for bodybuilding anyway
Again, sorry to hear bro, good luck.
