stimulus is provided by weight training. as far as i understand your saying i should try different routines, diet and what not and go through the whole trial and error phase then get onto the 'good' path. after these 6 months i have learnt to understand my body and its needs, what i can and canot handle by eventual trial and error. however, my diet and routine was not pieced together by psuedo-science that EVENTUALLY worked.
You have made good newbie gains as would be expected as your body has responded accordingly to the Principle of Overload. I.e. before there was no stimulus, now there is a great stimulus and a calorific excess and as such has ramped up your Test and GH production.
correct, my best gain was in the first month when i went up 12lb.
You have in no way exploited your natural potential, nor do you have any clue as to the risks associated with running gear. Lets be honest Pro Hormones and Pro Steroids are just liver toxic methylated steroid precursors, created to exploit a loophole in the law.
thats what i wanted to find out - all about the side effects etc and whether its right for me.
I highly doubt that you have kept your body fat at 10%, but even assuming you have, it means that a minimum of 10% of your mass gains were fat, and at least 40% to 50% was water and glycogen due to increase glycogen storage.
my bodyfat is at 10% measured by caliphers, as far as i can tell from apperance they're rock solid muscle and i dont have or get water retention because i use CEE and not monohydrate. i didnt neccesarily load on carbohydrate all the time.
If you were lucky you may have laid down 8lbs of quality muscle - which isn't an easy thing to continue repeating trust me.
no i laid down a rough 25-30, not water, not fat, not glycogen retention and if i did retain more glycogen than normal thats because of muscle mass gain. and i havent retained water and have drunk on average 2.5-3L of water daily - in order to hydrate.
Try coming OFF the CEE for 2 weeks and you can watch as 10lbs gets pee'd down the urinal...
the CEE has been on 2 months at 3-5g daily. i didnt need to load or excessively use it. your mistaking CEE with monohydrate, CEE does not retain water and even if it does - in amounts that are molecular.
Continue working hard and don't look for any magic pills...
thanks will do | |
