| End of cycle fat loss with Clen + Eph I'm currently on my second week of a test enan and tren ace cycle and all is going well.
The one problem i have is my body fat is alot higher than i would like it to be, so therefore would like to drop some fat in the last 6 weeks of my cycle.
I'm 25, 6ft, 15.8 stone and 20.4% BF at the moment.
I'm running a 8 week course laid out as follows....
Week 1-8 Test enan @ 500mg, Tren ace @ 225mg
Have all my pct ready and im using 500iu hcg E5D.
Im planning on doing the 2 week on, 2week off cycle with clen, starting at 20mcg daily and building it up to 80mcg daily depending on sides.
On the weeks off clen i will be doing an ECA stack of 20mg Eph-200mg Caff (no asprin) daily, building that dose up to 3 times daily.
So it would look like this....
Week-1 Clen 20mcg - 80mcg
Week-2 Clen 80mcg
Week-3 Eph 20mg - Caff 200mg, 3 times daily.
Week-4 Eph 20mg - Caff 200mg, 3 times daily.
And then the same 4 week cycle over again taking me to week 8.
My daily food intake consists of..
Carbs 170g
Fat 60g
Protein 260g
Kcal 2200
Should i be cutting down on any of these, dont really want to affect my training. Or would i just be better waiting till the end of my cycle and then running the clen and eca?
