I wouldn't recommend every week but maybe more once a month for that variation thing.
I usually do them and then do dips afterwards with bodyweight+up to 40kg on the belt.(150kg total).
I certainly wouldn't totally dismiss kickbacks although i would dismiss pushdowns. |
If he's bulking why would he p1ss around with ghey kickbacks...sorry mate but they do not do much for growth, a pump maybe, but not proper size and growth.
