As for the Heavyweight II... £50 for that stuff must have better affects than £50 worth of meat/protein?!?! Testosterone helps the body grow bigger yeah? Is there something similar out there (legal)?
Then, ZMA... I've read that there was a study in America on American Football players... 10 took ZMA before bed, 10 didn't. They did the same workout and same diet over a period of time. The 10 that took the ZMA showed better improvements (strength and size) than the ones who didn't take the stuf. It keeps the body's anabolic state high during sleep, therefore, allowing the body to grow at night.
