Well, that is how he explained it to me.
He said leaving a window open at night or the air-conditioner on can do this.
He adjusts me and in about 4 days its gone.

I dont think it is an injury, just a cold muscle that was moved when it wasnt warmed up.
You will be fine.
Maybe just an adjustment will sort this out.

I suffer this every summer so now i have to sleep with my window shut!!:(
