Injury From Good Mornings

Hi All

I started doing Good mornings about 2-3weeks ago to help stretch my hams and strengthen my lower back, and for the past few days if i stand up and lean foreward or sit down and lean foreward i get a really bad pain in my lower left glute like its really being pulled. Because of this its making silly thinks like leaning foreward to put socks on or even getting out of bed difficult. Can any one shed some light on whether i have pulled a muscle or trapped a nerve etc and what i can do to help it or if it will just go on its own in a few days or so.

Cheers
