Pro recover is ok but if you look at nutritional info it is mainly carbs (sugary ones at that!) great for someone who isnt trying to shed fat....
You'd be better off with just a protein supp/food straight after your workout then a good balanced meal with complex carbs about an hour after that.
try and get your carbs during the early stages of the day so that you can fuel your workouts and days activity - eat less on non training days.
