| Re: Milk MPO on this is that milk is good for you in many ways than one and should be used in everyones diet no matter what your goals are as milk provides us with one of the most important minerals possible "calcium" which makes our bones stronger and also helps us grow also, now TBH i wouldn't really worry too much about the fat in milk as its not really bad fat IMHO so wouldn't really harm you that much anyways!
I have milk on s daily basis due to me liking it so much and always have, but i also think it is essential in a well balanced diet! |
