each of the sessions you've listed:
3 sets 8 reps(beginners)
5 reps 5 rest(reg park favourite)
6 sets 6 reps
etc.
these are on different days? or all part of the same session on the same muscle group? is this a progression of reps over time?
am i being thick? hehe |
