I usually train at around 2pm - 3 days a week
I am a studio manager as well as a PT so the cardio i get from teaching classes
Monday - legs and abs
tuesday - cardio
wednesday - chest and shoulders
thursday - cardio
friday - back , tris and bis.
Somedays i cant train at 2pm so i then train in the evening - what is the best snack to have after the evening workout?
