First of all - big respect to this this site - it is really helpful and not full of **** like some of the other sites i have visited!
I am a female 32 and am hoping to enter a figure comp next year - would like to do fitness but dont have the gymnastic background!

My current diet is as follows:
7am breakfast - 6 egg whites - porridge
10am protein shake
12.30pm jacket potato - tuna
3.00pm protein shake
6.00 pm Salmon/chicken, rice broccoli
i take glutamine, creatine and a multi vit - is there anything else i should be taking? Is my diet pretty balanced? too much? too little?
I need to add some upper body muscle - i will post some pics soon and you can tell me what needs work !!
