| Calf training Have always had skinny calfs, recent;y started training them twice a week (or as soon as soreness goes) using the flex lewis style workout once then normal heavy training on the other day. Anybody got any advive/sugested routines? I hit them very hard, literally can't walk at the end of the session. | |
