| Re: Getting Suppliments right Just as a follow up to this. Im mixing CEE, Alcar and the Protein. Seems fine. Does have a background bitter taste, but I can put up with it. Not an enjoyable drink though.
Same really as the Hydrolysed Protein + WMS. Thats not the nicest tasting thing, but still goes down ok.
I found the pre-mixed pre and post shakes much better tasting, just didnt have the nutrient mix I was after.
Ill be running with this for a while to see what progress I make. I do know though that the Alcar does give me a bit of a kick. Id say its really good for making you focussed when taken about 1hr before training. |
