Breakfast;

Boiled eggs
100g oats

Dinnertime;

Chicken
pasta or rice
some EF's

Teatime;

A quality meat
rice, pasta, oats

Pre Bedtime;

I like cottage cheese

toast, oats, some EFa's


Your bulking so just eat quality food mate, I think it can be done, a break from the norm is sometimes for the better.
