| Re: Eating 3 times a day I guess the problem with 3 meals a day is that it will hinder your metabolism, i.e. slow it down a little, you may be young enough for this not to me an issue, but for us older guys keeping the metabolism stoked with 6 smaller meals is the way to go, also easier on the digestive system, better release of energy througout the day.
I understand your concern though, for me, when I am stuggling I add a meal replacement, I find Pro Plex from USN prety good, one serving around 300 calories, good balance of protein & carbs, but obviously where possible I always choose good quality food, I have to plan the night before for the next day, my kitchen looks like a military campaign,..... lol |
