hi... thank for the response.... i had good results with the glutamine supplement especially during cutting.. i did notice a anticatabolic effect from it... i thought maybe i would try the injection version since it could be much more efficient...
the source selling it comes in 500 iu per ml... and it isnt that expensive...
has anyone heard of glutamine in iu??? i have only heard it in mg... how much iu would equal mg??
