| diet plan Please can anyone give some advice on a typical diet plan.
Ive just completed a near on starvation diet (less than 1000 cals per day) to lose an excess couple of stone that has built up since married life !
Ive joined my local gym and have used mainly cardio equiptment to acheive cal burning.
Im now nearing my desired weight and wish to embark on a muscle building programme.
I can train at least 2 - 3 times per week
I intend starting to take Creatine CEE from myprotein but would like advice on a typical diet to build muscle (without piling on the fat pounds
Any advice would be graetly appreciated | |
