Is creatine banned in america? My brother seems to think it is.
Just had two lots, one pre work out and one post. Pre I had in water with a spoon of suger. Post I had in strawberry protein shake!
I just a bit worried about how much im putting in as I dont know what 5g of creatine looks like lol.
Also I did not find that mine tasted that bad to be honest.
