| chest/shoulder/tricep routine advice please my current chest routine looks like this
flat barbell bench press 3 x 8
incline dumbbell bench press 3 x 8
Standing military barbell shoulder press 3 x 8
Weighted dips 3 x 8
would it be too much to add in wide grip dips 3 x 8 after the incline press or does this look solid enough
