| Protein intake Hi,
New user here. I joined my gym about 7 or 8 months ago and I am now training 3 times a week. I still have some fat to lose but I am getting there. I have increased the weight programme since I started and I am now trying to work to a good nutrition programme. I have just ordered Pro-Recover for post-workout but I would like to try and take in as much protein through solid foods pre-workout.
I try to eat egg whites and fish pre-workout but when is the best time to eat, or does the timing not matter? Should I be trying to eat all my eggs 1 or 2 hours before my workout? |
