My belly is still shrinking and i'm able to move more weight so therefore my muscle must be either getting bigger and stronger and my fat must be going if my weight on the scales is actually staying the same or i'm doing something physically impossible....

tell a lie... i'm actually using a fair number of fish oil caps per day........ when i tried creatine it seemed to do bugger all...
Yea I did order some. So thats protein shake, multi fit, creatine and grenades(fat burners) damn im starting to sound like a junkie. I think that will be it for the time being. You are right I have noticed my legs a bit more defined and my arms have more muscle mass in them. My moobs have shrunk and my belly is slowly going. Although I am staying at the same weight im sure I am loosing weight(well fat).

Lol@doing something physically impossible :P

Thanks once again mate
