Now...you say you don't know what you should be doing weight wise - I presume you mean what weight you
should be? The answer to that - whatever weight
you feel comfortable when you look in the mirror at.
In my opinion the best thing you can do is work with someone, get someone to look at you, take your stats and develop a diet for you - as well as a training routine.
Quick question with the weights though, how long have you been pushing these weights for? Do you still find it challenging? Do you ever/have you ever variated it?
