Reduce weight by 10-20kgs, then when lifting make sure your abs & glutes are held tight to stabilise you, you may even feel you need to tighten hamstrings and thighs a little..
The tightening of the muscles will aid in *grounding* you and give you a solid base to lift from...
Look at exercises to strengthen *core* and dump the belt IMO let your own bodies *inner belt* (core muscles) start to learn to take the strain.. |
