Bloody hell - Necking Cissus like that you must be in pain!

Upright rows are more likely to aggravate the injury IMO. Avoid behind the neck pressing as well.

Have a search of google for shoulder rehab routines. Resistance bands are usually very helpful, but I'd certinly see a physio.
