I didn't know you used tris' for back???????......visualise your lats pulling the weight, totally remove all thought of your arms being anything other than pulleys just connecting your body to the weight.
Also you could move back n' bi's to thursday instead as they shouldn't cause problem with soreness etc for leg day, actually just saw you had delts there too, maybe trian friday if possible?
But seriosuly work on the mind-muscle connection for the back, its a must to develop overall thickness and dense quality tissue. Sit at home and just raise your ahnds up like a pulldown but "pull" from your trap/rhomboid area and concentrate on forgetting the hands are even connected onto the bar.
