| Telephone socket problem.. again
Hello guys. Got another problem with my phoneline and broadband.
Basically I stopped using a telephone extension cable for my broadband and bought a modem cable (RJ11 each end). Howver I still have a problem with connection. Sometimes I can get online and sometimes it won't connect. Then my phone won't ring out. When I phone my house from my mobile I hear a ringing on the mobile but my house phone does not ring. So I figure there must be some problem with the phone socket in my house and not the actual "outside" line so to speak. I cannot get my phone and broadband to work at the same time when I am using a microfilter. Do you think there is a problem with the pins in the connection port? Any ideas? cheers guys. |
