typical week is going to work 6.45 im a cleaner so quite busy till about 9.30 tuesday n thursday till 11.30 mon,wed,fri 4.30 im back in work till 6 pm
training
monday 12.15-1.15 swimming approx 32 legnths
6.00-7.00 swimming lessons advanced
7.15-8.30 kick boxing
tuesday 6.30-715 running usually 3-4 miles
wednesday 12.15-1.15 swimming approx 32 lengths
7.00-8.30 womens self defence
thursday 7.00-8.30 kick boxing or 5 mile run
friday 12.15-1.15 swimming 32 legnths
saturday 4.00-5.00 5 mile run
sunday 10.00-11.00 circuits
4.00-5.00 body pump
i also try to do an hour weight training 6 days a week but usually only manage 2 sessions i have changed alot around droped a few classes and added a few more my diet is just a mess porridge or egg on toast for brekkie beans on toast for dinner sometimes chips if im really good will try a stirfry meat n veg
i like most food im not fussy i want to try low carb but am worried i wont have energy to keep going as in between work and gym i will sleep i can sleep all day then go to gym and sleep all night and still wake up tired
evening meals r more potato,meat and veg usually in casserole or somit as hubby shares that meal with me so always something nice (get to his wallet through his stomach hee hee ) |
