One of the main things is planning your meals. If you know that today you will eat x,y & z then you wont be wondering what to have and (as always) grab the most convenient thing. I plan my meals at the start of the week before we go shopping and buy it all in. Then Ill know whats for tea each night. I take my own bait to work each day as well and keep a tub of cottage cheese and punnet of berries in the fridge there.
By the sounds of it, it is your food intake. You need to sit down and think what you eat now (by nutrients each day) and then what you actually need. then try to work it into a balanced daily plan.
If you give you height, weight and if you know it your bf% to give people an idea. A good PWO shake (including protein and carbs) would be useful (or PWO meal as same).
Maybe stick up a typical day here so people can get an idea of when you train and what you eat around it.
Oh, and welcome to the board
