hi all been reading n reading these posts not getting any where
basically i started training 4 years ago at the age of 38 i was 17 stone 4 lb now im 42 and 13 stone ish (thats great i hear u say ) but not for me i want to lose more but ive been stuck at this for over a year now doing
aerobics,kick boxing,body pump,all roughly 3 times a week just added swimming and running to this ....i find it really hard to eat around training havent a clue wot to have usually end up with rubbish food i have tried high protien diets but i find my energy levels drop so give n have some chips would like to be able to eat and do some weight training properly as i love body pump
any help will be great fully taken in ....wot protien shakes would i require so much choice
