Do you think my Rugby training is to much cardio that is going to slow my building ?
For instance I can drop Tuesdays if need be.
I dont do any other cardio besides my Warm up and down.

Yes you can take NO X before rugby training and if you wanted to you could take it before a match aswell.
Supplements are fine although you don't mention whey or similar protein shake and a multi vit would'nt do any harm. If money is an issue drop the more expensive supps like cellmas for more basic stuff like whey. (make sure you are getting plenty of protein regularly from your food, if nothing else make sure you do this)
Ultimately just doing weights is the best way to build muscles but you obviuosly enjoy rugby (league or union?) so i would'nt worry about it, besides there are pleny of well built rugby players around aren't there and it will help to keep body fat in check.
