The stuff ive been getting for 2 months

Just a curious, it looked good on a rack in the gym and was wondering if it was actually any good or ive been wasteing my money.

It's "Vital Strength" Total protein powder

It claims
"Unique blend of whey isolate, soy isolate & egg white proteins"

"Micronised Creatine for increased cell volumisation"

"Low fat formula"

That didn't sell me right away because I had no idea what it was. I knew what the words were but I wasn't sure if the blend was good or rubbish. So naturally I looked on the nutrition information.

Serving size = 40g
Rec. Daily Intake = 2

per 40g serve per 40g serve with 400ml non fat milk
Protein 36g 55g

That all I really looked at. It also has a "Typical Amino Acid Profile" list if that helps anyone.. I can list that later on too..

My question is.. Am I wasting my money or does this stuff sound like it is good? I guess it has helped me gain a bit of mass. (I am about to post a before and after pic so far in the picture section so head over there soon ;))
