| Re: Lower back injury duration Great post Andy_Mac, thats really given me something to think about. But 1 question, i have a postural problem (bend in my spine is larger than 'the norm'), this casues me to walk with my ass further out than it should be and basically means that my pelvis is tilted forward and at a strange angle. I am currently seeing a physio that has suggested to first mainly think about my posture 24/7 (engage abs all the time, tilt hips back etc etc) and has also given me 1 stretch to work on (focuses on stabiliser at the top of my quad, sorry, i'm unsure of the name). Is there any thing else that you could suggest that i try? Thanks
