| Egg wraps A high fibre protein wrap ideal as a small meal or even breakfast. What you will need:
1 wholemeal tortilla
2 eggs
Sliced onion/spring onion
1 tablespoon coriander
2 tablespoons salsa
Cheese How to make it:
In a bowl beat the eggs and onions, and microwave for 2 minutes. Spoon the eggs onto the tortilla: top with cheese and salsa then roll up and dig in. |
