10am: Roast beef and lettuce sandwich on crusty bread - Seed bread
LUNCH: Chicken Pasta, banana, high calorie cake. - forget the cake lol - sugar is the enemy.
3pm: Ham/salad sandwich. - Ham is crap for a protien source, add an egg or two to balance it out.
DINNER: Pasta or brown rice and chicken +1veg. Or cod an chips +1veg for change - seems ok
PWO: Multipower protein shake. - Need sugar/simple carbs too
10pm: Either 3boiled eggs with soldiers lol. or ....not2sure - not usually that hungry - I prefer less carbs near bed.
