glad to read you all got it before i admit i have, same as his im right handed but left is bigger and fuller much more the better pec

now i have found out that only i notice this to the extent it does my head in everyone i say it to says its not such a big deal

my theory is as im right handed i do alot more things in every day life with my right there for the left is rested more after a session making it the better bber pec

saying that its a medical fact no one is symetrical 100% but i look at others and see more symetry than me

i think im just going to plug on as normal as what you would also do by traing 1 pec more is train 1 front delt more 1 tricep more

this may make it worse,someone mentioned regualr massages before this was a good shout keep everything in balance as things tighten up lots in training,its helping with mine im sure .... well a bit
