I had this problem also, the rememdy that worked for me was to just keep plugging away and keep getting stronger, its often found in poorly developed physiques IMO more so than developed ones.

Also without thinking about it, one side is prolly stronger than the other, and naturally takes over, try to watch your form, possible on inclines etc and make sure you are feeling both sides of the pecs being stressed when lowering in the weight, other than that its genetics that determine muscle shape in a way.
Gh/slin site specific shots have improved mine slightly, I think it was mainly a posture problem that my right shoulders slouches forward, making my right side look slightly different to my left.
