Arm Excersise With Dumbelss To Improve Lineout Throw In Rugby

Hi,

I am looking for some persistences to do with dumbbells to improve my line out throwing in rugby. I think if I train my Biceps and Triceps my throwing distance and power will increase.

What are some good exercises I could do?
