 Met someone today
steve ferrier?(spelling?) huuuuuge black guy ,said he came 5th in the nationals? heavy heavy guy in good shape.walked up to him in the gym after he'd finished his set and had a good chat to him,said he's won the gravesend before. talked to him bout my test and he sed i'm doin the right thing. said he's visited the board a few times. so has anybody herd of him? or know him? i met him down cheam david lloyds just now. proper gave me the confidence to get back into weight training and on cardio today i didnt even feel my back so tonight i'm going to train chest/arms/delts,but does anyone know this guy?
