Where to begin? Your Diet,training and recovery regime are key.

Your overall daily calorie intake will determine mass gains.Obviously eat in excess of the calories you are utilising to optimise this.

I suggest you spend a couple of hours reading the board for ideas,then,when ready, post your current diet and training routine in the relevant section and advice will be given on changes that need to be made.
