(as you gain muscle... u will lose fat naturally anyway to maintain the muscle mass) hit the weights consistently without cheating your diet more than once a week...get plenty of protein and carbs and some fats per meal.. every 3 hrs.. use heavy weights that you can lift to 12-15 reps... 3 sets... something like
day 1: Chest / Triceps / Shoulders
day 2: Legs / calves
day 3: Back / Biceps / Forarms
day off
START again.
Bobs u'r uncle.. all the best.. dont worry about too much technical stuff... just do it and be patient.. no need to take any other supps apart from Whey, Omega 3, Multi-vit.... and maybe in a few months Creatine.. but get it started and stick with it.
No need to cut any fat imo.. u look great as a starting point... shoulders look good and overall condition is a great base to build on. |
