| Re: Foot pain It does sound like shin splints.... but its hard to tell over the internet! main causes for it are sh!t shoes, doing 2 much 2 soon, road running and most of all over pronation or fore foot varus - wow technical terms lol.
Short term lay of exercise, Get shoes with good shock absorption, nike shox are utter rubbish btw and i would never suggest someone to buy them, even tho they are touted as anti pronatory shoes, and build up gradually when u start training agin. And if the problem persists go see a state registered podiatrist who specialises in bio-mechanics who can give you some orthotics which should cure the problem. |
