Training this way, it helps to get all heavy dumb bells passed up to you if possible. It's amazing how much energy you waste & how much you can compromise the working set by man-handling the dumb bells into place just to start the set. Also, I'd drop the close grip bench bud, I've got a few killer 'elbow friendly' moves for triceps that I'll show you when I see you next.
