tbh I dont think introducing your sister into an area you admit youve had serious problems is helping her, infact you could be causing her more problems. Whats to say if you do win her some money she dosnt get the bug, starts gambling when you're not there? when she loses she will be to afraid to tell you and she'll want to win the money back to avoid being found out. This could go wrong in so many ways and i dont think you would feel to great if she became addicted to gambling
Iv had problems with drugs in the past and it would be like me taking my brother(who is depressed) to my old dealer and sayin "here you go mate this is the answer to your problems"
If shes got money problems then gambling is the very last thing she should be doing
If you really want to help your sister get more money maybe help her in other ways, showing her jobs that are advertised which you think she could do, show her how to budget better and manage what money she does have better. There are no magic solutions to debt problems just time and hard work
