She could get a blood test done to look for signs of underactive thyroid gland. Iv had some worrying symptoms last 18 months forcing me to stop training or . I was doin everything to put on size then one week i noticed rapid weight loss! this continued and levveled of at 3stone :-(. 4 hospital trip later and i found i had a overactive thyroid. The latter 'Under active' is very common inn women and does ultinately lead to weight loss. Fu%%ing nightmare. Def checked by the doc it as part of a general check before starting serious program.
