data protection says yes, but sometimes if u actually want a copy some trusts will try 2 charge you, as in you can hav them, but you hav to pay!
As long as its still within the nhs (the physio whoever), if they have clearance, they can access all your xrays via the computer. most trusts hav this system up and running.
