yeah they gave me ibuprofen after my car crash for 'whiplash' which ended up being torn muscles and ligaments along my spine and 6 months physio. :(
as for the knees i also get like a grinding crunching sound when i bend my knee... just doesnt sound right... again she said this was over use.
invisible kid, i never used to use knee pads, i have started them now the pain is here but when your at work you dont really think of these things, plus the pads have alwayscut into the back of my knee if ive used them. |
